2. Choose the freshest beans. The ideal ones are those that are cooked within 3 days of purchase. Then, you also need to think about the type of the beans. The Sumatra dark roast or French roasted blends are the perfect ones if you want to have the tasty coffee. After you find the perfect beans, you need to grind them. Grind them at 8 to 10 seconds.
